You can Use Note Pad or Edit Plus or Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, if you use notepad the time used for created web if longer then edit plus because you must completely Write down the code, Edit Plus you can make more faster because you can use the icon on the upper of the dash board, but if you use Macromedia Dreamweaver MX you can make faster than Edit Plus the icon more complete and useful.
